What is included in the toolkit?

  • Online assessment tool to be completed collaboratively by an architect/designer and business owner. The assessment will gather information about the features and functions of a business, as well as existing workplace wellness opportunities. Upon submission of the assessment, a customized report will be generated.
  • Customized report with recommended behavioral design strategies. Behavioral design strategies include changes to the physical space of the work environment, information available, programs, and policies.
  • Implementation resources including interactive rooms illustrated with behavioral design strategies and other resources and ideas to help visualize how to put put recommendations into practice.

How does someone use this toolkit?

Architects and/or interior designers share the toolkit with business owner clients and ask clients to complete the assessment tool. Architects and/or interior designers will work alongside the client to review the report recommendations and the implementation resources and make decisions on how to implement design changes in their workplaces. Business owners can also access and use the toolkit on their own if desired.
