About Dr. Schmidt

Dr. Allison Schmidt is a behavioral scientist and public health researcher with experience in health promotion and substance abuse prevention. She received her M.P.H. and Ph.D. in Health Behavior from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her B.A. in Psychology from Scripps College. Dr. Schmidt’s research interests include mental health, tobacco and substance use prevention, and workplace health promotion. Dr. Schmidt co-leads the workplace wellness project at iRT.
